    Tamil Nadu Architecture college admissions (B.Arch)

    Tamil Nadu Architecture

    In Tamilnadu this year 2018, for Architecture college admission (B.Arch.) the students need to appear for National Aptitude Test for Architecture(NATA) /  TN-NATA.

    Separate Application form will be issued from Anna University website available till 6th June 2018, the students whoever appeared for NATA only will be considered for admission. The total marks of +2 will be considered for ranking (not your MPC marks) and convert to 200 marks in addition to 200 marks of NATA / TN-NATA.

    Cutoff calculation for TN Architecture Marks
    50% of Aggregate Score of total Tamil Nadu HSC Exam.(Mathematics, Physics Chemistry Language, English and additional subjects) 200
    50% of NATA / TN-NATA Score – aptitude Test (Paper based Drawing Test + Computer based Online Aesthetic Sensitivity Test) 200
    Total Marks 400

    Anna University release separate ranking based upon the above cut-off marks and they will be called for counselling.

    Seats in B.Arch. Degree Course in University Department of Anna University in the School of Architecture and planning Campus.
    Seats B.Arch. Degree Courses in Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Seats surrendered by the Self-Financing Engineering Colleges.

      Passed Plus Two or 3 Year Govt. Recognised Diploma with Maths as a subject and mimimum 50% marks in the aggregate.

      Pass with minimum 70 out of 200 in NATA / TN-NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) Examination or in JEE II main paper.

      The age should not have exceeded 21 years as on 1st july of the respective academic year.

      Any other requirement as per Govt. / COA norms.
