This online payment system is offered jointly by Institutionand INNOTYM®Payment Gateway(referred to as INNOTYM®Services, Services). Institutionmay update thebelow terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

You (i.e the User) are generally required to pay fee in advance. All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The description provided for collection of fee is specific to you (i.e. term & related fees) when you log in with your unique identification.

Institutionreserves the right to change the fees at any time.

Institutiondoes not accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct student due to your quoting an incorrect student details. Neither does the Institutionaccept liability if payment made through Credit Card,Debit Card, Net Banking,UPI, Walletor in future any other mode, is refused or declined by the Bank for any reason.

If the Bank declines payment, Institutionis under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check independently with your Bank to ensure that payment has been deducted from your account.

In no event Institutionwill be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use, or the materials or information based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of Institution’s Management, will only be made to the Bank (Credit Card, Debit Card,Net Banking,UPI) account used for the original transaction through which the Fee was paid. For the avoidance of doubt nothing inthis Policy shall require Institutionto refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach Institutionwith his/her claim details and claim refund from Institutionalone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by Institutionby means as deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the INNOTYM®and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

This Privacy Policy applies to all the fees and related payments offered by Institution.

Institutionrespects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the Services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the User is not wilfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the User’s permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes Institutiontreatment of personally identifiable information that Institutioncollects from the User. Institutiondoes not collect any unique information about the User exceptwhen the User specifically and knowingly provide such information. Institutionmay, from time to time, send email and other communication to the User, tell them about the various Services, features, functionality and content offered by Institutionor seekvoluntary information from you.

Please be aware, however, that Institutionwill release specific personal information about the User if required to do so in the following circumstances:

• In order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, or court order, or any other judicial scrutiny.
• If any of User’s actions violate the Terms of Service or any of Institution guidelines for specificServices, or
• To protect or defend Institution legal rights or property, the Institution site, or Institution Users, or
• To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the security, integrity of Institution offerings.
